Move & Change Management

- Logistics of the move, managing and arranging transportation, packing, plan labelling and move coordination ensuring a seamless relocation.
- Move orientation report to the client and relevant stakeholders to ensure that the move plan is clearly communicated.
- Change management services assisting the client to adjust to the changes associated with the move. This may include communication and engagement strategies, training and support, and facilitating the transition process.
