Workplace Assessment Analysis
In the wake of the novel COVID-19 pandemic, we were tasked with a workplace assessment analysis of insurance group Hollard’s business in Johannesburg. Our goal was to assist in the development of a workplace strategy solution that defined the best way for the company to use their space moving forward.
Data Enabled Design
The study covered both pre- and post-COVID-19 data to enable the development of an occupation strategy. The ambition now will be to draft a functional and realistic restructuring of their building and operations model – one that better aligns with the recommended safety regulations during these rather uncertain times.
